How to Cancel Your Order

If your order hasn’t been shipped or produced, you may cancel it and receive a full refund. Orders that have already been dispatched cannot be cancelled.

Return Policy

Customers may return products within 14 days of receipt. Returned items must be in their original, unused condition with the original packaging. A purchase receipt or confirmation is necessary to process the return. Do not send the product back to the manufacturer.

Customers will only pay one shipping fee (this includes returns), and no restocking fees apply.

Refund Instructions

After we receive your return, we’ll inspect it and inform you of the decision. If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method shortly.
